1911 Gold reports high metallurgical recovery at Manitoba projects
1911 Gold Corporation has reported positive metallurgical gold recovery results from its True North and Ogama-Rockland gold projects located on the Rice Lake property in southeast Manitoba, Canada.
At the True North Gold Project, metallurgical test work on a 130 kg sample with a head grade of 1.82 g/t Au yielded total gold recoveries averaging 93.7 percent. The process included 51.0 percent recovery via gravity concentration and 95.5 percent leach recovery from the reground flotation concentrate.
At the Ogama-Rockland Gold Project, preliminary tests on a composite sample with a head grade of 4.65 g/t Au showed a total gold recovery of 96.3 percent using a Gravity-Flotation-Regrind-Leach flowsheet. This included a 97.7 percent gold recovery rate by leaching the reground flotation concentrate.
