1911 Gold reports high‑grade drill results and secures C$36 million financing for True North project

1911 Gold (TSXV: AUMB) disclosed a series of high‑grade gold intercepts from new near‑mine targets at its True North Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada. The newly defined Baker target returned 36.44 g/t Au over 1.1 m, while other zones delivered 15.89 g/t Au over 2.7 m at SAM SE and 5.99 g/t Au over 4.9 m at the Shore target. The results extend mineralisation over a 720 m strike length and to depths approaching 975 m within the SAM gabbro unit adjacent to existing underground infrastructure.

In parallel, the company closed a bought‑deal financing of C$35.65 million (US$36.5 million) in three tranches of flow‑through units. Proceeds will fund ongoing exploration and development at True North, technical studies, and working capital. President and CEO Shaun Heinrichs said the funding will support the expansion of the near‑mine resource base and the upcoming global resource update scheduled for Q4 2026.
