1964 Chevrolet Impala models appear for sale

Two distinct 1964 Chevrolet Impala models are currently being offered for sale, highlighting different aspects of the classic car market.

In Bronx, New York, a 1964 Chevrolet Impala two-door hardtop is listed on Facebook Marketplace for $24,000. The vehicle, which claims 25,000 original miles, was reportedly taken off the road by its original owner in 1983 and stored in a barn. While it shows some surface rust due to a collapsed barn roof, the body remains sound. It is equipped with a 283 CI V8 engine and a Powerglide automatic transmission.

Separately, a 1964 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport is being auctioned on eBay as a restoration project. Although originally equipped with a 409ci engine, the vehicle is currently missing its drivetrain. The seller notes that while the car is mostly complete, it requires significant work, including interior restoration, to return to the road.
