2026 Drag Racing Entries Announced and Maserati vs Lamborghini Supercar Drag Race

A roster of drivers from across the United States has been published for the 2026 drag racing season. Competitors such as Jesse Kernel of Indiana, Maddie Malone of Alabama, Garry Wheeler Jr. of Oklahoma, Ron Smith of Indiana, Alan Felts of Kentucky, Kyla Hubbard of Texas and others are entered in categories ranging from ProStreet and Top Fuel to NostaaFD, with details on their cars and engine specifications.

In a separate showcase, Carwow released a video pitting two Italian supercars, the Maserati GT2 Stradale and the Lamborghini Huracán STO, against each other in a quarter‑mile and half‑mile drag race. Both cars produce 640 hp; the Maserati uses a 3.0‑litre V6 twin‑turbo delivering 720 Nm of torque and weighs 1,475 kg, while the Lamborghini employs a 5.2‑litre V10 with 565 Nm and weighs 1,436 kg. The test also includes a braking run from 160 km/h.
