2026 NFL and College Fantasy Football Standouts Highlighted

Wide receiver DeVonta Smith’s fantasy value rose sharply for the 2026 NFL season after the Philadelphia Eagles lost AJ Brown to the New England Patriots, positioning Smith as the team’s primary pass‑catcher. Smith finished 2025 with 77 receptions, 1,008 yards and four touchdowns, and now ranks 16th among WRs on ESPN’s top‑300 PPR cheat sheet.

Running back Jahmyr Gibbs also saw his dynasty stock climb following the Detroit Lions’ loss of David Montgomery. In 2025, Gibbs recorded 1,223 rushing yards, 616 receiving yards and 18 total touchdowns, ending the season as the league’s RB3 in PPR formats.

Yahoo announced a new college‑football fantasy game for 2026, covering all 68 Power‑Five conferences. The platform highlighted quarterback prospects Arch Manning (Texas), Trinidad Chambliss (Ole Miss) and Drew Mestemaker (Oklahoma State), as well as running backs Caleb Hawkins (Oklahoma State), Kewan Lacy and LJ Martin as key draft targets.
