At least 21 companies built or upgraded extensive monitoring infrastructure—networks of cameras, drone swarms, AI-driven predictive systems, and real‑time communications interception—covering 16 venues. The U.S. administration allocated $846 million to enhance these systems both inside and outside stadiums. Major beneficiaries include Motorola, which supplied automated vehicle‑reading systems, and Lenovo, which provided a command centre with virtual maps of all stadiums.
