2027 Omoda Jaecoo 7 PHEV debuts in Brazil, Jeep Renegade arrives in Argentina

Omoda & Jaecoo began sales of the Jaecoo 7 PHEV 2027 in Brazil, adding a suite of connectivity and comfort features under the new IOV system. Drivers can start the vehicle, check battery status, control climate and windows, and receive OTA updates via a dedicated smartphone app with a complimentary data package. The Luxury trim now includes an electric tailgate, inductive wireless charger, ventilated front seats and ambient lighting, while the Prestige version offers a Sony‑branded premium audio system, head‑up display and an expanded ADAS suite. The model is priced at R$ 224,990 on promotion until 15 July, returning to R$ 234,990 thereafter.

Stellantis announced the 2027 Jeep Renegade for the Argentine market, offering only a conventional gasoline‑powered 1.3 L turbo engine (175 hp) without the Bio‑Hybrid system used in Brazil. Visual updates match the Brazilian version, and the interior now features a configurable digital instrument cluster and a 10‑inch Uconnect touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. All trims include six airbags and a standard ADAS package. Argentine buyers receive a three‑year/100,000‑km warranty, compared with five years in Brazil.
