2027 Shanghai Auto Show to feature embodied intelligence zone

The 22nd Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, known as the 2027 Shanghai Auto Show, is scheduled to take place from April 23 to May 2, 2027, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The event is expected to cover an exhibition area of approximately 400,000 square meters.

Under the theme ‘Building an Ecosystem, Leading the Future through Intelligence,’ the exhibition will focus on intelligent new tracks, innovative fields, and industrial ecosystems. A notable feature will be the introduction of an embodied intelligence exhibition area, which aims to showcase cutting-edge applications such as physical AI and high-end chips. The event seeks to facilitate the transition of the automotive industry from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing while promoting global technical connectivity and market cooperation.
