22simba announces new album ‘Miria’

Italian rapper 22simba, born Andrea Meazza, has announced his new album titled ‘Miria’, scheduled for release on Friday, September 18, under Island Records and Universal Music Italy.

The 24-year-old artist describes the project as the most important of his life. Named after his grandmother, the album explores themes of personal growth, memory, and identity. The record consists of eighteen tracks divided into three distinct acts: ‘Arricchiti’, which focuses on the desire for social redemption; ‘Miria’, centered on the memory of his grandmother; and ‘Provinciali’, which reflects on his origins in Saronno.

During a press meeting in Milan, Meazza expressed that the album serves as a moment of reflection on his journey and his future direction within the Italian rap and urban music scene.
