28 New Homes Built in Quilmes' La Odisea Neighborhood

The Municipality of Quilmes is constructing 28 new homes in the La Odisea neighborhood of Quilmes Oeste. The works cover two city blocks bounded by Avenida Ribereña Las Piedras, Calle 398 and the banks of the Arroyo Las Piedras.

The project is carried out jointly with the Instituto de la Vivienda of the Province of Buenos Aires, part of the provincial Ministry of Habitat and Territorial Development. The local Secretariat of Urban Development and Public Works, led by Cecilia Soler, detailed that the development will feature three‑level attached houses, new green spaces, opened streets, widened sidewalks, concrete paving for sidewalks and parking bays, street lighting and basic service infrastructure, as well as drainage and riverbank improvements.
