32 countries condemn Iranian hybrid operations and threats

Foreign ministers from 32 countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, and Italy, have issued an updated joint statement condemning hostile hybrid operations attributed to Iran. The declaration denounces a range of activities, including plots, murders, arson, sabotage, and cyberattacks aimed at intimidating individuals and undermining national sovereignty.

A central focus of the statement is a September 27 incident at the RAF Fairford base in southwest England. The United Kingdom assessed that this incident demonstrates the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' (IRGC) intent to project hostility through clandestine networks and proxy groups.

The signatory nations warned that they will act to identify, investigate, and prosecute any hostile activities conducted on their behalf by Iran or other states. The group emphasized their unity in protecting their respective communities and defending their sovereignty against such interference.
