360Channel develops VR content for ANA seat promotions

360Channel has developed “ANA Virtual Ride Experience,” a VR content package and application designed to promote seat sales for All Nippon Airways (ANA). The project aims to overcome the limitations of traditional 2D media, such as websites and brochures, which often fail to convey the actual spaciousness, texture, and atmosphere of aircraft cabins.

The content utilizes high-resolution 360-degree 24K panoramic photography to provide an immersive experience of the Airbus A380 cabin used on Hawaii routes. It allows users to experience the cabin from a realistic perspective, including seat pitch, legroom, and the sense of privacy.

Following a successful demonstration at an ANA exhibition booth, the tool is expected to be used widely in various promotional settings to help travel agencies and customers better visualize the premium cabin experience.
