3CX launches redesigned Academy with updated certifications

3CX has launched its redesigned 3CX Academy, featuring updated training materials and a new certification process. The revamped platform is designed to help partners, IT administrators, and technical teams master the latest product capabilities.

The updated curriculum covers recent advancements in the software, specifically focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) features, transcription services, call management, system administration, and product installation and configuration.

In addition to new content, the certification process has transitioned to a multiple-choice exam format. This change aims to make the certification path clearer and more focused on practical product knowledge. The academy is now live and available for use.
