3iQ Middle East secures regulatory approval in Abu Dhabi
3iQ Middle East Ltd, a subsidiary of 3iQ Corp., has received In-Principle Approval (IPA) for a Category 4 license from the Financial Services Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
This regulatory milestone follows a strategic partnership with Further, a UAE-based digital asset investment manager. The collaboration aims to provide institutional investors with access to digital assets through 3iQ’s Managed Account Platform (QMAP), which has reportedly secured $100 million in sovereign-linked seed capital.
3iQ’s Middle East operations are led by Rachel Pether, who previously worked with the Abu Dhabi-based sovereign investor Mubadala. The company intends to expand its regulated presence across major global digital asset hubs.
