4th Coexistir Forum to discuss diversity and inclusion in São Paulo

The 4th Coexistir Forum – Diversity and Inclusion will take place on September 23 in São Paulo at the Siemaco Auditorium. Organized by the Coexistir Program in partnership with Sincovaga-SP, the free event aims to foster a culture of respect for differences and stimulate transformations in work relations and society.

Under the theme ‘Transforming people, organizations and society,’ the forum will bring together professionals and leaders to discuss building more inclusive and humanized environments. Key speakers include sociologist and researcher Jessé Souza, who will discuss inequality and social classes in Brazil, and Filipe Roloff, a specialist in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), who will address the challenges of building future-ready organizational cultures.
