5th Wellbeingr Forum focuses on mental health and wellbeing

The 5th International Wellbeingr Forum was held on October 9, 2026, to mark World Mental Health Day. Under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the event brought together scientists, professionals, and organizational representatives to discuss mental health in a rapidly changing world.

Key discussion topics included the impact of workplace transformation on mental wellbeing, the necessity of balancing professional and personal life, and the skills required for the new generation to navigate an uncertain professional future. The forum also addressed the importance of healthy aging and finding stability amidst social, technological, and political shifts.

Greek Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis emphasized that mental resilience is essential for both individual welfare and social cohesion. He noted that the Ministry of Health is working toward creating a modern, human-centric network of mental health services through digital reforms.
