7 Brew Coffee announces new drive-thru location in Spring, Texas

7 Brew Coffee is expanding its presence in the Greater Houston region with a new drive-thru location planned for the Grogan’s Mill neighborhood in The Woodlands, Spring.

The project, located at 501 Sawdust Drive, is estimated to be a $1.5 million construction effort for a 510-square-foot prefabricated unit. Franchisee Manish Agrawal of The GRA Group LLC expects construction to begin in October, with a target opening date in early 2025.

7 Brew, which originated in Arkansas in 2017, has grown into a national brand with nearly 700 locations across 38 states.
