7 Brew Coffee expands with new locations in Pennsylvania and New York

7 Brew Coffee is continuing its expansion across the United States, with new locations planned in Pennsylvania and New York.

In Bucks County, Pennsylvania, officials have approved a second location for the drive-thru coffee chain in Bensalem Township. The shop will be situated in the Horizon Corporate Center at the former Wells Fargo Bank site in Trevose. Franchisees Zach and Shunori Rosskam plan to modify the building, which includes reducing the drive-thru lanes from five to three. This follows the previous approval of a Langhorne location in the Langhorne Square Shopping Center.

In New York, the company is expanding within the Hudson Valley. A location is planned for Hudson, NY, at 160 Fairview Avenue, with an expected opening by the end of 2026. Additionally, plans have been submitted for a site at 1506 Route 9 in Wappingers Falls, which has passed the Zoning Board of Appeals and is awaiting Planning Board approval. There are also rumors regarding a potential location in Middletown, NY.
