7Artisans announces AF 10mm f/2.5 MAX autofocus fisheye lens

7Artisans has announced the expansion of its MAX series with the AF 10mm f/2.5 MAX Fisheye lens, designed for full-frame cameras. The lens features a 185-degree diagonal field of view and an integrated autofocus system that supports modern eye and subject recognition and tracking.

Constructed with eleven elements in eight groups, including two ED elements and an aspherical lens, the optics are optimized for cameras with up to 60 megapixels. The lens has a fast maximum aperture of f/2.5 and a minimum focusing distance of 15 centimeters. It is compatible with Sony E, Nikon Z, and L-Mount systems.

To provide versatility, the manufacturer offers a downloadable correction profile to reduce fisheye distortion for a more natural wide-angle look in landscape or architectural photography. The lens features a robust metal housing, weighs approximately 504 grams, and includes a USB-C port in the rear cap for firmware updates. It is expected to be available in retail starting mid-September 2026 with a recommended price of approximately 499 Euro.
