7R appoints Katarzyna Różycka as Chief Financial Officer

7R has appointed Katarzyna Różycka as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of its Management Board. In this role, she will be responsible for shaping the company’s financial policy and overseeing finance, accounting, and controlling departments.

Różycka brings over 19 years of experience in financial management, M&A transactions, ownership supervision, and capital group transformations. Her previous roles include serving as Finance Director for companies within the Polenergia Group, CFO of the Rohlig Suus Logistics Group, and Group Controlling Director at PKP CARGO. She also gained professional experience at EY and Deloitte.

The appointment comes as 7R undergoes a phase of dynamic development and expansion across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany. Her priorities will include adapting financial processes to the company's growing scale and supporting its business strategy in these European markets.
