9 de Julio Chamber of Commerce to host family business seminar

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Real Estate of 9 de Julio has scheduled a seminar for August 27 focused on the management of family-owned businesses. Led by consultants Susana Onreyta and Matías Tardieu from Kore, the session will address the implementation of Family Protocols to establish clear rules for both the family and the enterprise.

Key topics include legal tools to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as divorce or death, as well as organizational strategies for generational transitions. The consultants will also discuss the challenges of founder reluctance to relinquish control and the potential benefits of hiring external general managers to professionalize small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) during leadership transitions.
