A Bola to receive over 1 million euros for infrastructure works

The Provincial Council has announced a total economic cooperation plan for A Bola amounting to 1,115,194 euros for the 2023-2027 term. This funding includes 692,194 euros from the Plan CooperOU and 423,000 euros in co-financed subsidies.

During a visit to the municipality, Provincial President Luis Menor and Mayor María Teresa Barge inspected several completed and ongoing projects. These include the renovation of the road from Podentes to Podentiños, new paving in Espiñal, and housing rehabilitation works in Podentes.

The investment aims to improve basic services and municipal infrastructure, specifically targeting wastewater treatment, sanitation, water supply networks, and road maintenance to ensure residents in small municipalities have access to quality services.
