A Bona Fide Killer reaches double-digit ratings in South Korea
The MBC action drama ‘A Bona Fide Killer’ has achieved a significant viewership milestone, reaching double-digit ratings by its sixth episode. According to Nielsen Korea data, the series recorded an average rating of 10.2 percent during its August 15, 2026, broadcast, marking its highest performance since its debut on July 31.
Directed by Yoon Jong-ho and Kim Ji Hoon, the series stars Gong Hyo-jin, Jung Joon-won, and Lee Sang-yi. The plot follows assassin Yoo Bo-na, whose secret life as a killer begins to clash with her domestic responsibilities and her husband, Kwon Tae-seong.
With this latest surge, the drama has become the most-watched miniseries in South Korea for Saturday nights, outperforming competitors such as KBS’s ‘Love on the Menu’ and SBS’s ‘Flex x Cop 2’.
