A Coruña and Roses host major musical festivities

Cultural festivities are underway in various Spanish locations. In A Coruña, the María Pita festivities have entered the ‘Semana Clásica’ (Classical Week), featuring a series of free concerts in the María Pita square. The program includes performances by the Orquestra Gaos, the Orquestra de Cámara de Galicia, and the Orquestra Sinfònica de Galicia. Notably, former Spandau Ballet vocalist Tony Hadley is performing, marking a central point in the summer programming.

In Roses, the Festa Major is celebrating the return of Orquestra Di-versiones to the Barraques de Roses stage after a ten-year hiatus. The reconciliation follows a period of separation from the local festivities that began in 2016. The event, which includes family-oriented musical acts like Ambauka, aims to bring the community together through live music and dance.
