A Coruña hospitality scene sees new openings and popular local eateries

A Coruña's hospitality sector continues to evolve with new openings and established venues gaining attention. In the Estrella street area, a new churrería named Salseo is set to open in a recently renovated space. The establishment will offer freshly made churros paired with various toppings and sauces, such as Nutella, M&M's, and pistachio.

Meanwhile, the tapas bar La Bombilla has gained recognition for its affordability. Gastronomy influencer Noel Horcajada highlighted the venue, noting that customers can dine for approximately seven euros due to tapas priced at 1.90 euros. Featured items include large croquettes, potato tortilla, and traditional soups like Galician broth.
