A Coruña Hosts Psicobloc Master Series at GRAVITEO Festival

From 18 to 20 September 2026, the port of A Coruña in north‑west Spain will stage the Psicobloc Master Series as the headline event of the GRAVITEO Urban Sports Festival. The competition features deep‑water soloing on a 16‑metre high wall erected over the sea, where climbers ascend without ropes, harnesses or nets and any fall ends in the water.

The festival, backed by the Xunta de Galicia, the Provincial Deputation of A Coruña and the city council, will also include speed climbing, parkour and entertainment for spectators. Sixteen elite climbers—eight men and eight women—from several countries will compete in head‑to‑head duels. Notable participants include American climbing legend Chris Sharma, who is expected to draw additional attention to the event.
