A. Lange & Söhne hosts chronograph exhibition at ION Orchard

A. Lange & Söhne is hosting a pop-up exhibition titled ‘Challenging Chronographs’ at the ION Orchard atrium in Singapore from October 18 to 30, 2026. The showcase highlights the manufacture’s history of precision timekeeping and its connection to classic motoring.

The exhibition features technical milestones in chronograph innovation, tracing a lineage that began with the DATOGRAPH in 1999. Featured models include the 2004 DOUBLE SPLIT and the 2018 TRIPLE SPLIT, the latter of which is noted as the world’s only mechanical split-seconds chronograph capable of multi-hour comparative timing.

To provide an intimate look at the brand’s craftsmanship, master watchmakers and engravers from Glashütte will perform live demonstrations. These sessions allow visitors to observe the handcrafting process, such as the freehand floral scrollwork applied to balance cocks. The event also references the brand’s long-standing partnerships with prestigious automotive events like Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace, and the Audrain Newport Concours d’Elegance.
