UK road incidents cause traffic delays and injuries
Multiple road incidents in the United Kingdom have caused significant traffic disruptions and injuries.
On the A482 between Lampeter and Ciliau Aeron, a three-vehicle collision occurred on Tuesday morning, resulting in two people being transported to the hospital for medical attention. Dyfed-Powys Police reported the road was closed to allow for debris clearance and vehicle recovery.
In another incident, a lorry carrying sand reportedly flipped on its side near the Llynclys Crossroads on the A483, leading to slow-moving traffic and tailbacks from Oswestry.
Additionally, fire crews responded to a lorry fire on the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 near Junction 26 for Waltham Abbey. The blaze resulted in the closure of two lanes and delays of approximately 52 minutes, with traffic moving at speeds of roughly 10 miles per hour.
