A64 motorway closure scheduled near Toulouse for bridge works

The A64 motorway will undergo a nighttime closure in the direction of Bayonne on the night of Thursday, October 22, to Friday, October 23, 2026. The closure will affect the section between the Toulouse ring road and exit n° 37 in Portet-sur-Garonne to facilitate bridge maintenance work.

According to VINCI Autoroutes, the interruption is scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM and is expected to conclude by 6:00 AM on Friday morning. Motorists traveling toward Bayonne are advised to exit the A64 at La Faourette (exit n° 26) and use secondary roads to reach Portet-sur-Garonne. Travelers should anticipate delays and plan for additional travel time.
