AA Gent agrees 3 million euro deal for Max Dean

AA Gent has reached an agreement with Bolton Wanderers for the transfer of striker Max Dean. The deal is valued at 3 million euros, including bonuses. As part of the agreement, Gent will receive 30% of any future sale exceeding 1.25 million euros.

Dean, a 22-year-old English forward, is currently undergoing medical examinations. During his time with Gent, he recorded 20 goals and three assists in 56 appearances.

Separately, following AA Gent's 2-1 victory over Club Brugge, manager Rik De Mil praised the influence of Christian Burgess. De Mil noted that Burgess provides stability, maturity, and leadership for the younger players, while also bringing essential energy to the locker room.
