AAA Noche de los Grandes Monterrey Lince Dorado Rey Mysterio Cruiserweight contender

AAA's two‑week Noche de los Grandes special continued on Friday night from Arena Monterrey. The event aired live on Fox in Latin America and streamed on Facebook and YouTube elsewhere.

The card featured a six‑woman tag match pitting Lola Vice, Bayley and La Catalina against Las Tóxicas (Flammer, La Hiedra and Maravilla). The main focus was a fatal‑five‑way bout for the number‑one contendership to the AAA Cruiserweight Championship. Competitors Mini Vikingo, Octagón Jr., Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro and Lince Dorado fought for the spot, with Lince Dorado emerging victorious and earning a future title shot against champion Rey Fénix.

In a separate segment, former WWE star Rey Mysterio addressed the audience, confirming his role as AAA’s new general manager after his appointment the previous week.
