AAA to issue first water service interruption credits in late September

Senator Héctor Joaquín Sánchez has urged customers of the Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados (AAA) experiencing prolonged water service interruptions to claim billing adjustments. The first credits are expected to be issued by the end of September.

Sánchez has requested that the AAA expand the number of subscribers eligible for these adjustments to include an additional 37,000 affected users across various sectors. He advised consumers to proactively request their credits rather than waiting for the agency to apply them automatically. Additionally, condominium owners may be eligible for credits regarding service insufficiencies as well as stipends for common areas.
