AADE launches myLEX digital portal for tax legislation

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has launched myLEX, a digital portal designed to centralize legislative information for taxpayers and accountants. The platform allows users to search for tax laws, circulars, decisions, and instructions through various thematic categories, including income tax, VAT, customs legislation, and international tax matters.

In addition to providing access to existing documents, the portal includes practical guides, Q&A manuals, and application guides. A personalized information feature has also been introduced to allow users to receive targeted updates.

A new decision by Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasi has updated the project for the codification of tax and customs legislation. This initiative, with a budget of approximately 2.5 million euros, is funded by the Recovery Fund and the Public Investment Program. The goal is to organize and simplify the complex and frequently changing tax legal framework.
