AADE announces auction of 43 properties to recover public debts

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has announced a new wave of electronic property auctions to recover public debts. The auction program is scheduled to run from September 16 to November 18, 2026.

The list includes 43 properties across various Greek regions, including high-value areas such as Mykonos, Chalkidiki, Chania, Athens, Marousi, and Thessaloniki. Starting prices range from as low as 1,000 euros for small plots in Prosotsani to 1.247 million euros for a multi-story building in Neo Kosmos, Athens.

Notable listings include agricultural plots in Mykonos with prices up to 553,000 euros, several large tracts of land in Chalkidiki, and properties in Chania valued near 595,200 euros. This move is intended to increase pressure on debtors to settle their outstanding obligations through existing installment plans.
