AADE to launch myDATA 2.0.2 digital upgrade

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) is launching a new version of its digital platform, myDATA 2.0.2, on September 10, 2026. The update is scheduled to take place between 07:00 and 09:00, during which time the applications will be unavailable.

The upgrade introduces enhanced digital capabilities for the movement of goods, including the issuance, receipt, transport, delivery, return, and cancellation of documents. It aims to provide businesses, carriers, and recipients with greater clarity in tracking goods and allows for more digital management of related actions.

Key technical improvements include expanded integration with ERP systems and providers, the introduction of new document types, and updated lifecycles for movement documents. Additionally, the update enhances automated controls and improves the functionality of the timologio and myDATAapp applications to support a more automated digital transaction environment.
