Aalborg Håndbold wins Super Cup and league opener

Aalborg Håndbold has secured early success in the new season, winning both the Bambuni Super Cup and their opening league match.

In the Super Cup final, Aalborg defeated SAH with a score of 31-28. Mads Hoxer led the scoring with seven goals, while goalkeeper Niklas Landin contributed 13 saves to help secure the trophy. Although SAH mounted a late comeback to bring the deficit to just one goal in the final minutes, Aalborg maintained their lead to win by three.

Following the cup victory, Aalborg continued their winning streak in the Danish Herreliga by defeating Sønderjyske 32-28 in their first league game of the season. The match was closely contested, but Aalborg managed to hold onto their lead to secure the win.
