Aalborg hosts diverse cultural and seasonal events in October

Aalborg offers a variety of cultural and seasonal activities throughout October 2026.

Sankt Markus Kirke will host several events, including the 'Damernes Hyggeklub' on October 12, a community gathering for women focused on social interaction. On October 20, the church will host a keyboard concert featuring organ builder Peter Lindhardt Toft, cembalist Gilbert Martinez, and organist/cembalist Lars Colding Wolf. The concert will showcase various instruments, including the organ, harpsichord, and clavichord.

Other regional highlights include Horror Night at the Forsvars- og Garnisonsmuseet, which features immersive theatrical experiences and dark environments on select dates in October. Additionally, Fårup Sommerland is hosting a Harvest Festival (Høstfest) featuring autumn-themed activities, bonfires, and family-oriented attractions such as the Squirrel and Hedgehog Harvest Market.
