AAM Investment Group offers Legune cattle station for sale or partnership
Brisbane-based AAM Investment Group is offering the Legune cattle station for either an outright sale or a partnership to attract investment. Located on the Northern Territory and Western Australia border, approximately 100km from Kununurra, the 178,870-hectare station is rated to support roughly 31,000 cattle.
AAM has recently focused on expanding the station’s cropping capacity and irrigation infrastructure. The property was previously linked to the Seafarms Group’s scrapped $1.5 billion Project Sea Dragon prawn aquaculture venture. The sale or recapitalisation process is being conducted jointly through LAWD and JLL. No specific price has been disclosed for the offering.
