Aamir Khan ties knot with Gauri Spratt in intimate Mumbai ceremony
Bollywood star Aamir Khan married longtime partner Gauri Spratt in a private registered ceremony on 5 July 2026 at his Bandra (Pali Hill) residence in Mumbai. The wedding was conducted under the Special Marriage Act and attended only by close family members and a small circle of friends. Present were Aamir’s three children – Junaid, Ira and Azad – as well as Gauri’s son, and guests such as filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, actor‑director Vir Das, former cricketer Irfan Pathan, politician Raj Thackeray and businessman Mukesh Ambani. The couple, both in their sixties (Aamir, 61; Gauri, 47), have known each other for about 25 years and rekindled a relationship in 2024. Gauri, a Bengaluru‑born entrepreneur in the beauty and fashion sector, works with Aamir Khan Productions. This marks Aamir Khan’s third marriage; his previous unions were with producer Reena Dutta (1986‑2002) and filmmaker Kiran Rao (2005‑2021). The ceremony was deliberately low‑key, with no large reception, reflecting the couple’s wish for a simple, family‑focused celebration.
