Aamir Khan to house wife, ex‑wives and children in ₹100 crore Mumbai home

After marrying Gauri Shroff, Bollywood star Aamir Khan is planning to move into a new multi‑story tower in Mumbai’s Khar neighbourhood. The property is part of the Marina Apartments redevelopment and is reported to cost over ₹100 crore, with an advance payment already made.

Reports say Khan has secured three separate apartments in the tower: one for himself, Gauri and their son Quinn; a second for ex‑wife Kiran Rao and their son Azaad; and a third for his mother Zeenat Hussain and sisters Nikkhat and Farhat. Some media outlets also mention that ex‑wife Reena Dutta and her son Junayd may receive a floor of their own.

The building is still under construction, with completion expected by 2030. Until then the family continues to live in a rented unit in Pali Hill, Bandra.
