AAP accuses Delhi government of withholding ₹500 crore trust file

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj has accused the Rekha Gupta-led government of failing to comply with a Delhi High Court order regarding the SS Mota Singh School Trust. The dispute centers on a file containing details of the trust's trustees, which holds land valued at approximately ₹500 crore.

Bharadwaj alleged that despite judicial directions for the Revenue Department to produce the file, the District Magistrate has not made it available. He suggested the government may be attempting to conceal the identities of individuals, potentially associates of senior BJP leaders, who were seeking control over the minority Sikh institution.
