Aarhus: 19-year-old arrested for drug driving after car crash

A 19-year-old man was arrested in Aarhus N after crashing into two parked vehicles on Paludan-Müllers Vej. Witnesses reported seeing the vehicle swerving violently across the roadway before the collision.

The driver claimed to the police that he was distracted by a cat in a cardboard box inside the car, which had jumped out and was moving around the vehicle.

In addition to the accident, police discovered a small amount of hashish and a drug test indicated the presence of THC. The individual has been charged with drug-impaired driving and possession of narcotics. No injuries were reported, and the cat remained unharmed.
