Aarhus rooftop hosts international crowd for rare solar eclipse

An international community of approximately 100 people gathered on the 28th-floor rooftop of Archouse in Aarhus, Denmark, to witness a rare partial solar eclipse. The event provided a 360-degree panoramic view of Aarhus Bay and the surrounding areas, making it an ideal location for observers.

Participants included a diverse group of students, researchers, professionals, and local residents. Among those present were postdoctoral researchers from Aarhus University, including individuals from Germany and Brazil. Despite intermittent cloud cover that occasionally obscured the sun, the atmosphere remained social and positive as attendees observed the lunar transit across the solar disk.
