Aarhus mosque arson attempt leads to juvenile sanction

A 14-year-old boy has received a sanction from the Youth Criminality Board following an attempted arson at a mosque on Nørre Allé in Aarhus. The incident occurred on the night of May 26, when several liters of gasoline were poured into the building while an employee was sleeping. The employee woke up during the attempt.

East Jutland Police stated that the case remains under investigation.
