Aaron Judge advances in injury recovery with Yankees

New York Yankees star Aaron Judge is advancing in his recovery from a rib injury. Manager Aaron Boone reported that Judge is moving into a hitting progression this week after recently participating in pool-based swing work, running, and playing catch.

Judge has not appeared for the team since May 31. While a specific return date has not been finalized, expectations suggest a potential return in late August or early September. The Yankees' offense has faced significant challenges during his absence, with the team looking toward the returns of both Judge and Cody Bellinger to bolster their lineup.
