Aaron Judge's walk-off homer gives Yankees a 2-0 win over Rays

Aaron Judge ended an 11‑game RBI drought by hitting a two‑run walk‑off homer in the ninth inning, lifting the New York Yankees to a 2‑0 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday. It was Judge's 17th career homer, his first since May 10, and the fourth walk‑off homer of his career.

Both starting pitchers, Ryan Weathers for the Yankees and Drew Rasmussen for the Rays, threw seven shutout innings. In the eighth, Yankees left fielder Cody Bellinger made a crucial defensive play, throwing out a runner at third base. Reliever Tim Hill struck out Richie Palacios to end the ninth with two runners on base.

The win snapped a three‑game losing streak for New York, gave them their fifth win in 15 games, and reduced the Rays' AL East lead to 4½ games.
