Aaron Kwok releases Hong Kong Jockey Club annual theme song

The Hong Kong Jockey Club has released its annual theme song, ‘Chong Chong Chong’, performed by its Year of the Horse Ambassador, Aaron Kwok. The high-budget music video, costing approximately 2 million, features a collaboration between Kwok and director Dee Lam.

To capture the essence of horse racing, the production team was granted access to restricted areas of the racecourse, including stables, professional tracks, and starting gates. The choreography was created by world-renowned dancer Mike Song, who aimed to blend the elegance and explosive power of horses with dynamic dance movements. The song’s lyrics focus on the spirit of perseverance and moving forward without explicitly using the word ‘horse’.
