Aaron Paul sells historic Los Angeles residence for $7.5 million
Actor Aaron Paul, recognized for his role in Breaking Bad, has sold his historic Los Angeles residence, known as the Seyler House, for $7,495,000. The sale was finalized on October 6 after the property spent over a year on the market. Originally listed in July 2025 for nearly $10 million, the asking price underwent several reductions, including a drop to approximately $8.2 million in January 2026.
Located in the Los Feliz neighborhood near Griffith Park, the 1922 home was designed by architect Stiles O. Clements in the Spanish colonial revival style. The two-story residence spans 4,026 square feet and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Notable architectural features include exposed wood beam ceilings, stained glass, hand-painted surfaces, and copper cladding. The estate also features outdoor amenities such as a freeform pool, a spa, a koi pond, and a hidden bar.
The Seyler House has previously been owned by notable figures including Robert Pattinson, Jim Parsons, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Following the sale, Paul and his family reportedly moved to Paris following California wildfires in 2025.
