Aaron Paul sells Los Angeles mansion for $7.495 million
Actor Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles residence, known as the Seyler House, for $7.495 million. The sale concludes a period of more than a year on the market, during which the property underwent several price reductions.
Originally listed in July 2025 for approximately $10 million, the price was lowered to $8.2 million in January before the final sale. The property is a 4,026-square-foot historic home built in 1922, located on a 1.5-acre gated lot in the Los Feliz neighborhood near Griffith Park. The residence features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and various amenities including a pool, media room, and panoramic city views.
The Seyler House has a history of notable occupants, including Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Jim Parsons, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and the late Tim Curry. Paul, recognized for his role in ‘Breaking Bad’, reportedly planned to relocate his family to Paris following fires in January 2025.
