Aaron Rodgers lists luxury Malibu and Cedar Grove properties for sale

NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers is liquidating several high-value real estate holdings following his move to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The sales include a $39.5 million oceanfront mansion in Malibu and a $15 million contemporary estate in the Cedar Grove/Montclair area.

The Malibu property, which Rodgers purchased for $28 million in 2019, features significant renovations. If sold at the asking price, the estate would represent an approximate $11.5 million increase in value.

The Cedar Grove residence, located at 349 Crestmont Road, was acquired in 2023 after Rodgers' trade to the New York Jets. The 2.39-acre estate includes eight ensuite bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a wine cellar, a cigar lounge, and views of the New York City skyline.

In total, Rodgers has approximately $58.2 million in properties listed for sale, compared to an acquisition cost of roughly $39.2 million for the three homes in his current portfolio.
